The accommodation
The feel-good Chalet Royal Mountain Lodge is in an absolute dream location, at the foot of the Hochkönig! Breathtaking views! The Hochkönig hiking and skiing area (120 km) with the 6 peak Hochkönigstour is part of the ski area Amadé with approximately 760 kilometers of slopes and can be reached in about 2.2 km by free ski bus or car. Another ski and hiking area is located at Arthur Haus, about 11 minutes (6.6 km) by car or ski and hiking bus (bus stop about 300 m away). The chalet offers every comfort! High-speed Wifi, Bose soundbar, fireplace with firewood, 4 parking spaces, 1 carport with wallbox for electric cars, and a ski storage room. The lodge is about 1 km from the center and has a sunny, elevated location. For sole use: beautiful, well-maintained fenced garden with seating area, gas grill, fire pit, and loungers. Balcony/terrace with seating area. In the house: high-quality kitchen, dining area, living room, wine fridge (wine sparkling wine for a fee), fireplace, TV, cable TV, wireless LAN, underfloor heating, washing machine with dryer, as well as a ski boot and shoe dryer. Access for guests
Please contact our housekeeper at least 2 hours before arrival at the chalet to ensure a smooth entry.

Other important notes
Dear guests, upon arrival, a local tax of €3.25 per person/night (from 15 years) and a Hochkönig infrastructure fee of €4.23 per adult/night (from 15 years) and €2.12 for children (6-14 years) must be paid.
Please indicate if you have a dog when booking. A fee of €10.00 per night will be charged for one dog. Please understand that the fees for the municipality must be paid upon arrival to our housekeeper.
