The house built in 1569 has been lovingly converted into an apartment building over a period of more than two years, while preserving and restoring old building materials.

The 3 apartments for 3 – 7 people have been constructed with the highest building and living quality and offer our guests a comfortable furnishing. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, toilet, modern kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, ski room and boot dryer... further entertainment via flatscreen TV and WiFi.

Our house is located directly in the historic town center of Mauterndorf, and you are just a few minutes away from various shops (bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, doctor) and Mauterndorf Castle. The ski bus stop is practically at your door. With the ski bus, you are just a few minutes away from the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area as well as the adjacent ski areas Aineck-Katschberg, Fanningberg, and Obertauern.

In summer, all guests receive the LungauCard for free, which allows you to enjoy a variety of activities at no cost.
