Our family-run house is located in the middle of the mountains of Kleinarl and was renovated in summer 2019; new bathrooms and bedrooms, new facade, heating, and windows. The ski room is located in the annex and offers direct access to the ski lift.

The center of Kleinarl can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Our apartments offers accommodations with a balcony. Each unit features cable TV, a sofa bed, and a simple kitchenette with a dining area, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the building. The final cleaning fee is already included in the room price, as well as towels, bed linen, dish towels and a parking space. A small welcome set with toilet paper is provided. Please note that no additional consumables such as extra toilet paper are supplied.

In winter you have direct access to the slopes, lifts, restaurants, ski rentals, and ski schools. In summer you can start hiking or biking from our accommodation into the beautiful mountain world. Use the guest card for free rides on the Champignon Shuttle (only in summer) or to enjoy the **Wasserwelt Wagrain adventure pool daily included**.
