We are different and that is a good thing. The Alpine Caravanserai is the modern interpretation of an old hospitality concept that originally comes from Persia. However, parallels can already be found since the Middle Ages along the old pack pathways (Tauern houses) in the alpine region. "Caravanserais" are places of transit and refuge.
