The accommodation Landhaus Rieder is located at Pass Thurn at an altitude of 1000 meters, with a wonderful view of the Hohe Tauern mountain range, 4 km from the city center of Mittersill, and just a few minutes’ drive, about 3 km to the ski area Resterhöhe / Kitzbühel / Pass Thurn. The free ski bus starts about 100m from the house.

The house has a large garden and sun terrace inviting guests to linger. Balconies facing south towards the mountains. Ski storage room available. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a small library and board games, as well as ample parking spaces.

The 2 apartments are located on the 1st floor with a balcony.

Each holiday apartment has a bedroom for 2 people, a living room with kitchen, seating area, and sofa, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also the possibility of a guest room for 2 people with shower and toilet on the same floor. Upon request: crib and sofa bed available. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea and egg cooker.

In the bathroom, toilet paper and towels are provided on-site. The bedrooms are furnished with bed linen, and a wardrobe is available.
