The Dorfgastein–Großarltal ski lift is only about 250 meters away and is easily reachable on foot. In winter, you enjoy direct access to the ski area, while in summer, numerous hiking and leisure opportunities start right at your doorstep. The quiet location, the well-kept garden, and the family-friendly environment make the holiday home the perfect place for relaxing vacation days with the whole family.
To relax and enjoy, we recommend the nearby Gasteiner Alpentherme, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car, as well as the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein and the Gasteiner Heilstollen.

Our three newly built holiday apartments with up to 3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen-living area are between 45-85m² in size and offer space for up to 6 people. Cozy and bright seating areas invite you to sit together, chat, and play during your family vacation.
Excellent restaurants can be found nearby, or pamper your loved ones with a home-cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Let the sun shine on your face with a glass of wine on your balcony adorned with beautiful flower vines, or unwind in the evening on our sun terrace.
Our well-kept garden with a cozy outdoor area invites you to relax and linger. For families, there is a public playground just a few minutes’ walk away in the town center, and our “Alte Straße” invites pleasant walks and adventures. Ideal for a restful and relaxed stay.

Cancellation Conditions: For cancellations of the entire stay up to 7 weeks before the start of vacation, there are no cancellation fees; within 49 days to 14 days, 40%; within 14 days before the start of vacation, we charge 80% of the total arrangement price. In case of no-show, delayed arrival, early departure, or fewer guests, we charge the agreed daily price.
