The Kerstin 5 apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Kerstin building in Schönblick Mountain Resort. The building has an elevator.

Ski storage and a fitness room, as well as 2 washing machines and dryers, are located in the basement.

The SPA area is accessible through the underground garage or from the outside, right next to the reception in the basement.
